Unfortunately, I have no digital camera right now, so i can show you how cool he looks riding it. He says “gitta gitta gitta” as he pushes himself along with his feet. Finally, not just another toy that wasted my money!

About time this boy’s got a job. I was starting to think he was slacking! He assures me he understands cost of living in NYC and decided to come to work with daddy. He makes a good consultant and definitely helped me at work by reading insignificant papers and giving people messages. He was Tina’s right hand man (boy) for a while by making sure that the wheels on his stroller were turning as she did her work. He also checked all the chairs were working by spinning them in place. He did take an extended break and napped for 3 hours, which no one complained about considering he was on the job only one day. He looks forward to hanging with daddy another time.

On Father’s Day, Mommy made breakfast for Daddy when he finally woke @ 12pm. As usual, EJ was up early and running around and that made mommy very distracted. Daddy ended up having toasted biscuits and somehow the eggs and salami survived. Daddy later expressed at dinner how disappointed he was that he did not get breakfast in bed; that when he finally got breakfast he ate it in the living room. I am very sorry, next year I will try to remember. By then, EJ can help me - even if it is to only stick the bread in the toaster.

A weekend where all daddy got to relax in the comfort of his home with his family run around NYC once again and accomplish little on his own holiday.

EJ met yet another lady of interest at Gymboree that was born 12 hours before he was (older woman, very cool). He had loads of fun at Gymboree while doing all of his problem solving exercises with no problem whatsoever.

He got to see Madrina Cara before she embarks on her 2 month voyage. We’ll miss you. =(

On daddy’s day, he told me that he really wanted to see “Harold and Kumar go to White Castle” so we did. I covered his innocent eyes during those “naughty” scenes. Then we went to dinner with Nana, Grandpa, Titi, and Tio at F&J Pine - a very delicious Italian restaurant. He then saw it fit to throw a fit. So all evening long he was hysterical! Crying, throwing bottles, blocks, food, etc. He wasn’t happy until he finally got to play with his stroller wheels. SHeeSH!

I decided to let EJ take a shower on this hot day today as opposed to his regular bath. So in he went, with two toy blocks. As soon as he stood on the bath mat, he ran to the faucet (probably expecting some water to come out). When I turned on the shower head, he was ecstatic. Turns out he’s a shower hog like Daddy.

Weekends always go so quickly, and just like that, it’s a new week:

• Fri - Tio Christian slept over. We went to Uncle Louie G’s (ice cream parlor). It’s the best. Tio Christian taught EJ how to high 5. EJ has a new dance. The “Side to Side”.
• Sat - Gymboree. EJ tried to take the whiffle balls from the little babies. We’re trying to teach him to share unsuccessfully. Afterwards, he went to his girlfriend Daniella’s 2 yr old party. There he rode the the swing. When they sat next to each other in their strollers, Daniella held his hand. Awww. (He takes after his Dad).
• Sun - Jaden’s baptism. Everyone kept telling me that EJ was such a good baby. In reality it was because I let him play with his stroller. I let him play with his stroller’s wheels. I felt like all eyes were on me. Afterwards, we ate at a chinese buffet. EJ fed himself. When we left, I felt bad because there was more food on the ground then went down EJ’s mouth. But in retrospect, we had tons of fun.

EJ has been growing up so fast. I know every parent thinks this but I must admit my child is a genius. These are some of things EJ has done this week:

• Mon- Has several conversations on Daddy’s cellphone. He walks around the house having a full conversation like a little adult.
• Tues - EJ has a new dance. Any Wiggle song comes on and he does “The Squat” dance.
• Wed- Still fascinated with talking on the phone. I’m talking to Gueli. He grabs the phone from me. Presses the buttons, hangs up on her, then starts talking into the phone. I then grab the phone from him and call her back, He then grabs the phone from me and does it again. After the 3rd time, I refuse to give him the phone. A tantrum follows. His infamous “lying on the floor on his belly crying and kicking” tantrum. Sure enough - that’s the sign it’s bedtime.
• Thurs - Takes his high chair’s table, stands on top of it and jumps up and down. Hits the top of the hamper and cracks up when it makes a noise (from his banging). Takes a plastic hanger and tries to stick it in the slot of the shredder. (shredder is unplugged).

Right now he’s asleep as should his mommy be. I will continue to add all the new things he does. Look out Einstein.

I am sending a mass email to those that may be interested in reading ramblings about EJ along with viewing photos and video. This is just an update letting you know that there are still some bugs im trying to fix (mainly in the galleries section), but nonetheless feel free to view them. Enjoy the pics, more to come tonite.
